Superseded versions stay available unchanged. Version 1.3 adds section 3.6 (s1-fast, s1-pro and s1-vision are model classes; the model behind them may be replaced only with at-least-equal quality and an unchanged API contract, price and data processing). Version 1.2 covered worldwide signup and top-ups, invitation-only free allowances and Peer-to-Peer overflow with per-key opt-in.
